Needs are often the basis of unexpected partnerships. That’s the story behind the creation of the Technical Services Consortium (TSC), a group of technology companies with expertise and success in their geographies, coming together to deliver worldwide comprehensive depot repair services for high-tech hardware.

Already leaders in their respective markets, founding members Streamline Technical Services, ЯLogic, Sprague-Europe and Pandisc created the TSC on the recommendation of one of their largest mutual customers; to form a consortium of like-minded companies, capable of delivering best-in-class repair and logistic solutions on a global scale. With previous experience collaborating on large scale projects and a similar, extensive history in tape backup repair, the four companies took the suggestion to heart and established the Technical Services Consortium (TSC) in 2009 as a US C-Corporation.

Since its inception, the TSC has grown to encompass seven partner organizations in eleven countries, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, The Netherlands, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. And the TSC’s clients include some of the world’s largest technology companies, from Dell and HP, to Oracle and Sony
