SCOUT 1.0 went live in January 2006 and was immediately active in tracking and servicing products for a customer that didn’t have a reverse logistics data solution.

 

With the ability to track inventory and collect repair data, SCOUT 1.0 quickly became popular. Customers could get timely and accurate data.

 

SCOUT 1.0 was readily customized to meet the specific needs of the customer, adding additional value to the repair process.

More than just an improvement on an already proven program, Scout NS is an entirely new system that takes the best of the past and brings it to the future.

 

New and improved features include:

· Ability to receive non-serialized lots for high volume, low cost products

· Lot splitting capabilities

· Improved modular concept, allowing easier customization

· Improved routing system, allowing easier development of repair routes
