MISSION STATEMENT

STS is committed to delivering quality products on time, at competitive prices. We will protect our

clients' assets and interests as we would our own.


OBJECTIVES

On-time delivery to our customers

    Measured through monthly shipments to customers; committed delivery versus actual

    delivery.

Zero defects in product to our customer

    Measured through records of customer complaints through communication, returns, test

    operations where applicable, and out of box audit (OBA) data reflecting defects found

    internally.


APPROPRIATENESS

Streamline Technical Services responds to customers in need of drive screening, testing, repair,

and comparable processes. STS' customers expect cost effectiveness and timeliness in delivery,

while expecting no less than 100% quality assured product.


APPLICABILITY

This quality policy is expected throughout the organization, and is communicated upon

employment of any individual. All new employees receive a copy of the quality policy statement,

which they are asked to read and understand. Our employee's knowledge of this expectation is

evaluated through internal quality audits.
